Open-Mesh End of Life Policy

End of Life Guidelines

Any products that have reached or will reach their end of life are listed below. Non-listed products continue to be available and are fully supported.

Plasma Cloud keeps this page up-to-date to help customers understand the applicable timelines and manage potential product transitions.

End of Sale date

The End of Sale date indicates the last date to order the product through Plasma Cloud authorized partners. After this date, the product is no longer guaranteed to be available via any channel.

End of Support date

After this date, a specified product will no longer receive firmware updates, bug fixes and technical support. The End of Support notice will be given at least 12 months in advance.

Final supported firmware

Products can still be used and managed through the Plasma Cloud Console with the final supported firmware, but not upgraded to higher firmware versions.
