Datto announced the end of support for the Open Mesh product line in December 2021. The hardware is struggling to keep up with the latest Wi-Fi advancements.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.plasma-cloud.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/7454937453213-End-of-Life-Policy\">Plasma Cloud<\/a> announced their End-of-Support for the Open Mesh hardware earlier this year and that final date will be upon us very shortly. However, no new firmware will be made for the open-mesh hardware anymore. The last firmware version for open-mesh equipment will therefore remain at v3.6.<br \/>The plasma-cloud v4 firmware version also contains changes that can no longer run on the older open-mesh hardware.
