While typical WiFi scans detect interference from nearby WiFi networks, they often miss non-WiFi sources\u2014which can also lead to slower speeds, unstable connections, and an overall frustrating user experience.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where Plasma Cloud steps in.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01JW65BZQSEYY6N83ANBXWNZMF\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detecting Ambient Noise with Plasma Cloud<\/h2>\n<p>Unlike traditional solutions that require costly Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) detection tools,\u00a0<strong>Plasma Cloud Access Points come with built-in Ambient Noise detection\u2014at no extra cost<\/strong>. Third-party networks (red curves) are visible on the left-hand side. Beyond channel 52, the 5 GHz band appears to be interference-free, and the AP was configured to operate on non-overlapping channels (gray box). A significant yellow spike appears within the same gray box, indicating high levels of background noise on the configured WiFi channels.
