PSX28

Key features:

PoE Budget & Capability

The Plasma Cloud PSX28 Switch provides a total power budget of 400 Watt, and supports various PoE standards (802.3af/at/bt). Each port automatically detects the appropriate PoE standard for its connected device, ensuring efficient mixed-device support.

The number of devices that can be powered simultaneously depends on the maximum power consumption of each device. If the exact value is unknown, it can be estimated using the PoE standard. Based on maximum power consumption, the PSX28 can support the following number of Plasma Cloud WiFi Access Points:

PoE Scheduling

PoE scheduling empowers network administrators to conveniently turn off connected devices when they are not in use, based on predefined schedules. This feature helps optimize power consumption and reduce energy costs.

Power Cycle

PoE provides complete control over a power line, enabling network administrators to remotely power cycle connected devices effortlessly through the Plasma Cloud console.
