We’re getting Plasma ready – What about you?

Before sleeping, over 90% of your mind begins to imagine stuff you would like to happen. If you ever imagined how great it would be to get your WiFi problems sorted out keep on reading, because we like to make stuff happens for real.

Plasma Cloud is getting ready for its big launch on all sides: software, hardware and support. In this article, we want to run you through the ways you can now start getting Plasma ready yourself.

1. Software: Plasma Cloud is production ready

Our team of engineers has worked hard alongside various customers during these last months. Early adopters provided valuable feedback so that we could fix bugs and get the main features ready for the general public, and we are now finally production ready.

You can find our web console here and register for free. However, please note that single devices cannot be migrated to Plasma Cloud, as we exclusively work with distributors and only migrate devices for those resellers who have already reached an agreement with us. End-users are thus advised to contact their former Open Mesh distributors / resellers if interested in using Plasma Cloud. Distributors willing to migrate their customers to Plasma Cloud can get in touch with us to discuss a migration plan for their Open Mesh devices.

Development and testing is always ongoing, therefore proactive feedback is more than welcome. Stay tuned as new features will be added to the Plasma Cloud infrastructure on a monthly basis.

2. Hardware: The hardware mass production started

Our Taiwanese partners have started the hardware mass production (which will require around 4 months to complete). In the meanwhile, we still have some samples available for those distributors who are interested in testing them – do not hesitate to contact us. You’ll also be happy to know that we don’t plan to leave you hanging for that long and our partners will soon start offering Open Mesh hardware with Plasma Cloud software pre-installed.

3. Support: Our support center is live

We created a simple support center with the first FAQ entries, available for consultation here. If you cannot find an answer to your inquiry, feel free to submit a request and our support team will get back at you as soon as possible. We will be adding new FAQ entries and guides as needed – Plasma Cloud never stops.
